Do you have experience managing a small production team, are you manually skilled and able to plan production processes? Then we are looking for YOU!

Your job will be:

  • Management of production schedule in accordance with orders (3-shift operation)
  • Analysis of production line efficiency and design of solutions for improvement
  • Cooperation with the quality department
  • Carrying out minor repairs of machinery and equipment
  • Maintenance department support
  • Conducting short working meetings on a daily basis
  • Achievement of set KPIs
  • Responsibility for compliance with internal HSE and ethics rules
  • Supervision of order, cleanliness and compliance with internal processes
  • Operative solution of tasks as well as adhoc situations

Personal qualifications and skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead a small team of employees
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Knowledge of quality management principles
  • Knowledge of English or Spanish is an advantage, but not a requirement

Wage conditions

  • Basic salary: 1400,-€/month gross
  • The final salary depends on the experience of the selected candidate
  • An attendance bonus is added to the basic salary
