Consent to the processing of personal data - Registration in the register of job seekers and job placement

You can consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of registering in our internal register of applicants for the placement of a job opportunity in one of the following ways:

  • In writing,
  • electronically (e.g. directly in the form on our website),
  • or by clicking on the link in the notification email.

You grant this consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR to EPF Group (europersonal), a.s., with registered office at Jašíkova 2, 821 05 Bratislava, ID No.: 52 326 039.

Purpose of processing and scope of data

Purpose: We process your data to register you as a job seeker and to inform you about vacancies that may be of interest to you. The processing may also lead to the referral of a job opportunity.

Scope: We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us. This may include:

  • Name, surname, title, date of birth, sex, birth number, nationality
  • Contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail)
  • Photography
  • Education, work experience, professional qualifications
  • Data from certificates and attestations
  • Other details from your CV or cover letter (e.g. bank account number, marital status, contact details of a close person)
  • Document, visa, permit numbers

Retention period and rights of the data subject

Retention period: we will keep your personal data for 3 years from the date of this consent. We may ask you to renew or withdraw your consent before this period expires. After this period, your data will be deleted unless its continued retention is required by law.

Rights of the data subject: you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge. Withdrawal of consent is effective from the date of receipt and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal. After revocation, your data will be deleted from the register.

Furthermore, you have the right to:

  • Request access to and correction of your data.
  • Request the erasure of your data (the so-called "right to be forgotten").
  • Request restriction of processing and data portability.
  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Data recipients and final provisions

Recipients: your data may be disclosed to potential employers, but we will always inform you in advance. Your data will not be transferred outside the EU without your further explicit consent.

Consent: the provision of personal data and consent is voluntary. By giving your consent, you confirm that the data is true, has been freely provided and that you have been duly informed of the conditions of processing and of your rights.
